The role is also responsible for the daily and monthly system administrations roles, including maintaining the health of the SAP Production system and providing training to AFP stakeholders. The Senior Team Member SAP Admin, Help & Support contributes to the achievement of team outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, AFP values, and the AFP Governance Framework. What will you do? Provision of fortnightly payroll administration - including reconciliation of payroll and superannuation payments. Interrogation of SAP to identify and resolve payroll issues Ensure outputs are achieved within the strategic direction of the AFP Lead on a range of corporate support tasks Contribute to the development, review and implementation of corporate policies, processes and systems which enhance the delivery of AFP operational outcomes, including project and research work Represent on working groups, both internally and externally, as they relate to SAP Apply sound analytical and planning skills in response to a wide range of specialist tasking's Prepare and present written and oral briefings to AFP management, AFP teams, on SAP related issues, functionality and processes Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Australian Government agencies, Payroll Services, SAP and suppliers of services/products to the AFP Development of team members and fulfilling a guiding, mentoring and advisory role Maintain currency in subject matter expertise through ongoing professional development and learning opportunities outside the formal education process.
