The Role In the Manager position, you will make a notable contribution to the Health team's overall success by carefully and strategically managing several research and consulting projects of varying size and complexity. You will lead and manage research, analysis, planning, and advisory projects, enabling clients to achieve sustainable high performance. You will meticulously manage and coordinate projects independently to ensure optimal client outcomes. Your transition to being fully independent can be staggered for the less experienced consultant, as you are surrounded by experts in the field. You pride yourself on adding value and possess a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by executives in tertiary care. You are passionate about solving complex challenges and thrive in research, data interpretation, analysis and presenting findings. About You The Manager is experienced in research, advisory, and consulting with a background in the tertiary care (preferred), education or community services sector. You have a strong resolve and are a natural communicator with the ambition to grow a portfolio with the support of an established team around you. You thrive on developing long-term relationships and engaging with executive-level professionals with ease and confidence. You possess a relevant Degree in business, arts or science with a major in marketing, management, commerce, psychology, statistics or human resources. You might also have a background in clinical governance, safety & quality, nursing, allied health, or nursing management, but feel ready to step into a consulting career.
