An independent insights consultancy is looking to add a curious, analytically minded Quantitative Consultant to its Sydney team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their consulting or research career who wants hands-on exposure to high-quality brand, product and experience work, while learning from experienced researchers and working with well-known Australian brands. The role You’ll be part of a supportive project team, contributing across ongoing trackers and ad hoc studies. The work is varied and fast-moving, with real client exposure from day one. Key responsibilities include: Supporting questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting Turning quantitative data into clear, meaningful consumer stories Managing fieldwork, sampling, quotas and weighting Working with established analysis platforms and multiple data sources Coordinating projects internally and liaising directly with clients Supporting best-practice research standards and methodologies About you 1-3 years’ experience in research, insights or consulting Comfortable working with data and keen to deepen your quantitative skillset Curious, proactive and motivated by solving real business problems Able to juggle multiple projects and work at pace when needed Exposure to quantitative methodologies (brand tracking, NPS, concept testing etc.) is ideal Experience with Q or similar analysis tools is a plus, but not essential Why this role?
