About the role : As a People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting them to build capability, strengthen culture and deliver great employee experiences. This role blends strategic partnering with hands‑on generalist work across the full employee lifecycle, from ER/IR, performance, change and workforce planning through to coaching and continuous improvement. This position is Sydney based and a Part-time (0.8 FTE) & Permanent opportunity, with true flexibility in how you structure your working days & hours.
