The Role We are currently recruiting for a Grade 1 - Grade 2 Social Worker looking to join a Victorian Public Hospital on a 12-month contract, working 4-days per week. The hospital offers acute, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient and community services, however, you will be focusing on a Subacute caseload (Gem / Inpatient rehab). You will be apart of a supportive social work team of 13 social workers. This role will not require work across weekends or public holidays.
