Lead innovative marketing campaigns, drive digital engagement, shape our brand story, and bring our F&B outlets to life through compelling campaigns, partnerships, and content. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) that elevate Sofitel’s brand presence. Support marketing initiatives across all Food & Beverage outlets, promoting experiences, seasonal offers, and signature events. Lead digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and social media strategy (Meta, LinkedIn). Design and manage engaging digital content, photography, and video to showcase Sofitel’s experiences. Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners to amplify brand reach and create buzz. Design and implement a comprehensive Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with luxury brand standards. Manage advertising, sales presentations, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue and engagement. Conduct market research to uncover trends, guest preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategy. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance, reporting insights and ROI to senior management and appointed agencies. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise impact and return.
