Project Manager - IT Infrastructure (Citrix & Virtual Desktop) Day Rate - $900-950 / Day Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong background in Citrix, NetScaler, and virtual/remote desktop connectivity to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of secure, high-availability digital workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure teams, security, networking, vendors, and business stakeholders Oversee planning, design, implementation, migration, and upgrade projects Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive communications Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, particularly around performance, scalability, and availability Coordinate testing, cutover, and post-implementation support activities Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as required Required Skills & Experience 7 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT infrastructure projects Strong understanding of: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix NetScaler / ADC, Virtual and remote desktop connectivity solutions Proven experience managing projects in complex, enterprise environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences) Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under tight timelines
