e are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with hands-on custom residential construction experience . This is a construction-first administrative role. You will take ownership of contracts, variations, document control, compliance, and backend construction systems across multiple bespoke residential projects. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running tasks and processes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Contract administration (contracts, variations, registers, document control) Management of variation registers and supporting documentation Administrative cost tracking support Coordination with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers Management of WHS and compliance documentation CRM management for sales and construction pipelines Backend filing, document control, and archiving Systemising construction admin workflows Creating and maintaining SOPs and internal playbooks Qualifications: Minimum (3) three years’ experience in custom residential construction Proven background in contract or construction administration Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Working knowledge of Xero Hands-on experience with WonderBuild Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) Canva proficiency (internal documents, templates, playbooks) Strong written and verbal English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working directly with site teams and senior stakeholders Able to work independently in a remote setup
