About the Role: Greet and Seat Guests: Warmly welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide them with menus. Take Orders: Knowledgeably describe menu items, answer questions, and take orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions. Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure they are presented according to standard. Check on Guests: Regularly check in with diners to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the area clean and well-organised, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking. Collaborate with Kitchen Team: Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Handle Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately. Upsell and Promote: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guests’ experience. Handle Guest Requests: Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability. Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
