Job Title Tech Recruiter / Talent Consultant Role Purpose : Own end-to-end recruitment delivery by sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates while managing client relationships and hiring outcomes. This role is accountable for candidate quality, hiring decisions, and revenue delivery, supported by a dedicated Recruitment Operations VA. The role is suited to an experienced agency recruiter , including those from IT or Technology recruitment backgrounds , who can confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client intake through to placement. Preferred Working Hours : 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT Key Responsibilities : Candidate Sourcing & Assessment • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, inbound applications, and targeted search strategies • Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and agreed scorecards • Build and maintain high-quality, role-ready talent pipelines • Proactively nurture high-potential candidates for future opportunities • Add candidates to the ATS and maintain accurate status updates • Manage consistent candidate communication throughout the process • Review and approve live role requirements and key role documentation Client & Stakeholder Management • Participate in role intake and expectation-setting conversations • Advise clients on hiring strategy, market conditions, and candidate feedback • Coordinate interviews, outcomes, and next steps with clients • Manage ongoing client relationships through delivery excellence Interview, Offer & Placement Management • Prepare candidates for client interviews • Conduct post-interview debriefs with candidates and clients • Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate objections • Secure offer acceptance and placement confirmation • Conduct reference checks where required Process Ownership & Handover • Ensure timely feedback loops and decision updates • Maintain ATS accuracy and data integrity • Own pipeline health, momentum, and outcomes Performance & Delivery • Meet placement, revenue, and delivery targets • Submit three (3) calibration candidates via the Paraform platform • Submit three (3) candidates within the first 14 days of commencement • Maintain two (2) active candidates per primary role • Maintain a minimum 60% first-round interview rate • Maintain a minimum 30% mid-round interview rate • Maintain high candidate and client satisfaction • Uphold EBAS recruitment standards, best practices, and internal KPIs What the Recruiter Does Not Do • Routine administration or data entry • Interview scheduling or calendar coordination • CV formatting • Bulk follow-ups or system hygiene tasks • New client acquisition or business development • Live role administrative setup (job ads, templates, system configuration) These responsibilities are handled by the Recruitment Operations VA. Required Skills & Experience • 3–6 years recruitment experience (agency preferred) • Background in IT, Technology, Software, or related professional recruitment • Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment delivery (client intake through to placement) • Strong interviewing, assessment, and qualification capability • Confident client and stakeholder communication skills • Commercial mindset with proven negotiation experience • Comfortable operating within structured, SOP-driven environments • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets • Ability to manage and close multiple roles concurrently
