We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contracts Team at Sanctuary Recruitment, where you’ll play a critical role in connecting exceptional people with residential aged care providers across regional and remote Australia. What You’ll Do As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract roles in aged care. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, building trusted relationships with clients, and ensuring every placement delivers a positive experience for both candidates and care providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand staffing needs, priorities, and workforce challenges Build and manage a reliable candidate pipeline to meet current and future demand Develop a deep understanding of your candidates - their skills, availability, preferences, and career goals - to match the right person to the right contract Work closely with our Candidate Services and Compliance teams Keep candidate and client records accurate and up to date within our recruitment and CRM systems Stay informed on market trends, workforce availability, and industry changes, adapting sourcing strategies as needed Who You Are?
