We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to deliver tailored equipment solutions directly to clients and expand a dealership network across WA. This industry-leading, highly innovative business offers a wide range of water solutions, from mobile firefighting systems to industrial storage solutions, across mining, civil, agricultural and industrial sectors. The role is predominantly road-based, providing flexibility to travel throughout WA. A fully maintained company car and all necessary tools will be supplied. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a dealership network and enjoy delivering on-site product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new sales opportunities Build and manage client relationships from enquiry to installation and support Deliver product demonstrations and on-site presentations Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Key Requirements Proven business development or technical sales experience Background in mining, civil or industrial sectors Knowledge of water infrastructure, fluid handling or mobile equipment solutions is highly regarded but not essential Strong commercial acumen and solution-focused sales approach Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel This role offers a competitive salary with performance incentives, a fully maintained company car and tools, and the opportunity to grow and shape the WA market.
