We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 86-place Winmalee service . As the Nominated Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one. About you: ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong computer skills Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Working with Children Check Little Zak's Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
