What You’ll Do Based at Springwood you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. The Springwood office has a team of 19 clinicians made up of: 8 OT's, 6 Speech Pathologists, 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Exercise Physiologist's and 1 Allied Health Assistant. You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
