IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit an experienced Civil Supervisor to deliver infrastructure projects across Queensland on a FIFO basis. This opportunity sits within a business known for consistent project delivery, strong site culture, and long-term investment in its people. You will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role suits a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, leading from the front, and working across multiple project locations. The Opportunity As Civil Supervisor, you will oversee daily site activities across civil infrastructure projects, ensuring program, safety, and quality requirements are achieved. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers while leading site teams to deliver successful outcomes in a FIFO environment. The Role In this role, you will: Supervise daily site operations across civil infrastructure works Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Interpret drawings and specifications to guide construction activities Monitor progress against program and address issues proactively Maintain site records, diaries, and reporting documentation Support a positive site culture focused on teamwork and accountability Liaise with project teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience supervising civil construction projects Background in earthworks, drainage, roadworks, or infrastructure delivery Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively Clear communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work FIFO across Queensland Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits FIFO role across Queensland A salary package up to $200k super allowances Permanent position with long-term project pipeline Supportive leadership and established delivery systems Opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure projects Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
