LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth. Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and passionate LiveBig team! Based anywhere within Perth metro and surrounds (hybrid role) Build & nurture strong relationships with referrers, stakeholders, community organisations, clients and their families/carers Represent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos, and networking opportunities Collaborate with the client services and national operations teams to maintain existing referral pathways and create new ones Manage enquiries and conduct initial assessments and intake processes for new clients Collect & record essential client information, incl. therapy needs & goals Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the NDIS and the broader disability sector Why work for us? Qualifications in a relevant human services discipline Knowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS and community sector Knowledge of community engagement and community development principles Works well autonomously and as part of a wider team Works flexibly and adaptively in a fast paced dynamic and outcomes focused team environment Highly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills Fun!
