Your day-to-day will include: Conduct site inspections and detailed damage assessments Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of works Interpret plans, reports and technical documents Act as the primary point of contact for clients, homeowners and team Manage multiple claims and assessments Ensure all work and reporting complies with WHS This role suits an estimator who enjoys clear processes and realistic expectations. The Right Person You’ll do well in this role if you have: Insurance Building experience 2 years minimum Estimating experience 5 years minimum construction experience Carpentry or trade background (or similar) Strong customer service skills and a genuine care factor!
