The Signavio Process Specialist is responsible for enabling, maintaining, and governing the end-to-end process landscape for the ERP transformation program using the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. This role provides deep expertise in process modelling, standards, and repository management, ensuring that all business processes are accurately captured, structured, and aligned with the future-state ERP solution design. The Signavio Process Specialist works closely with the Process Integration Lead, System Integrators (SIs), functional teams, and business stakeholders to support process design activities and enforce consistent modelling practices across the program. This is a fixed-term role until mid 2028 based in Surry Hills, NSW. What we offer? Support functional teams by providing visibility into process variations, bottlenecks, and performance metrics derived from process mining Enable teams across the ERP program to utilise Signavio effectively by providing training, guidance, and hands-on support Support the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Signavio workspace, including user access, folder structures, modelling conventions, and version control. Who are you? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field You are likely a business analyst or IT/business process specialist with strong working knowledge of SAP Signavo Process Transformation Suite (Process Manager, Journey Modeler, Process Intelligence) 7 years of experience in process modelling, business process management, or business analysis roles within ERP or large-scale transformation programs. Proven experience in establishing process modelling standards, repository governance, and ensuring compliance across internal teams and System Integrators Demonstrated ability to capture, maintain, and optimize end-to-end business processes, including process analysis, future-state design, and process performance measurement Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations highly desired.
