Get discounts on private health insurance, gym memberships and travel and so much more Friday Feast and Recharge – (HBH) Here at Hummingbird house, Every Friday we have our ‘Friday Feast and recharge’ Yummy food and great company Your Role as a Volunteer Coordinator As our Program Scheduling Officer, you’ll work closely with the Service Leads, to ensure the efficient management and administration for the Hummingbird House staff schedules. Key responsibilities of this role include: Planning, coordinating, communicating and modifying Hummingbird House roster/schedules within Hummingbird House rostering, daily support and communication of changes to admin teams and the Nurse Unit Manager. Escalating rostering inefficiencies to the Service Leads. Data entry in the Patient Administration System and other relevant systems/databases. Validating schedules and rosters in the payroll system and generating reports. Assisting with daily queries from staff. This is a part-time opportunity consisting of 20 hours per week. The position is Fixed-Term until the 23/12/2026. What We’re Looking For Knowledge and experience in scheduling and rostering. Ability to coordinate rosters with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent personal organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and effectively in a busy environment with a high-level time management. A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have! Completed Certificate IV in Business (or working towards same or other relevant qualification) is highly regarded.
