PROJECT CONTROL COORDINATOR Are you passionate about project control, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement? GPC is seeking a Project Control Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing, monitoring, and reporting on our project portfolio. About the Role As a Project Control Coordinator, you will refine, develop, implement, and maintain project control and reporting processes. You will provide oversight of project budgets, schedules, and progress, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across the project portfolio. You’ll conduct stage gate reviews, helping guide executive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Ensure project information—budgets, schedules, progress, and status—is accurately recorded, monitored, and reported. Analyse project control data to identify variances, trends, and risks, and provide actionable insights. Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards , reports, and automated workflows to streamline reporting. Support the configuration and optimisation of EcoSys and related project control systems. Identify and implement improvements in project control frameworks, processes, and data management. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of new processes. Represent Technical Services in stakeholder forums to share insights and promote continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Strong data analysis skills : ability to manage, clean, and analyse large datasets, create dashboards and reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Experience in project monitoring and control , including stage gate reviews, budget and schedule analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in M365 tools , project controls software (e.g., EcoSys, InEight), ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards), and workflow automation tools (Power Automate). Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
