What You’ll Be Doing As our Senior IT Operations Engineer, you’ll work closely with the IT Operations Lead to support a high‑performing team delivering exceptional IT services to end users. You’ll be the go‑to escalation point, help drive a culture of quality and customer service, and play a key role in mentoring and uplifting capability across the team. This role suits someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of delivering seamless IT experiences. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as a quality assurance and escalation point to ensure end‑user satisfaction • Monitoring and delegating daily tasks to meet operational SLAs and support team workload • Provisioning IT equipment and applications via Intune • Troubleshooting IT infrastructure, hardware, and software issues for end users • Managing Office 365 administration, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID and asset management • Supporting and troubleshooting AV conferencing systems across MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meets • Sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team to uplift capability What’s In It For You At Compare the Market and iSelect, we’re all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours.
