About The Opportunity This is your chance to step into a fast-paced operational leadership role where you’ll take charge of a modern, high-throughput processing shed during peak harvest season (February–September). From overseeing seasonal teams to ensuring quality output and smooth logistics, you’ll be front and centre in driving success during the busiest months of the year. You’ll report to the Area Manager and collaborate closely with farm managers and other key stakeholders to deliver on throughput, quality and efficiency targets. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Managing seasonal staff across single and double shift operations Maintaining a strong safety culture and upholding food safety standards Scheduling and coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate data entry and traceability Optimising site performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving Leading day-to-day site operations across receivals, dehusking, sorting and dispatch Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication About You You’re practical, switched-on, and thrive in high-energy environments.
