The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our dynamic team in the Blacktown aea. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing stock flow—from receiving deliveries to organising dispatch—while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. What You’ll Do Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Load and unload delivery vehicles. Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage. Perform daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes. Report discrepancies and faults promptly. Accurately label, store, and manage stock using RF scanners. Complete real-time inventory transactions (transfers, adjustments, returns). Prepare and wrap pallets for dispatch. Operate forklifts to build and move loads. Pick and pack orders using ERP systems and RF scanners. Conduct forklift checks and report issues immediately. Assist in other areas such as packing, sorting, and production as needed. What We’re Looking For Minimum age: 18 years. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Proficient forklift operation skills (valid licence required). Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Positive attitude, reliability, and solid attendance record. Basic computer literacy; ERP knowledge is a plus. Flexibility to work extended hours and across different areas. Understanding and adherence to WHS policies and procedures. Current driver’s licence. Why Join Us? Competitive pay rates.
