We’re seeking a detail-driven Assistant Accountant to support accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across our national early learning network. This role is based in our Support Office in Nundah on a full-time basis and offers exposure to a large, complex, multi-site organisation. What you’ll do Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journals, accruals and prepayments Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including bank and parent account reconciliations Support AP/AR oversight, resolving issues and ensuring accuracy Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and process payroll accruals Support centre-level P&L reporting and identify occupancy-related financial insights What you’ll bring A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bees values Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline Demonstratable experience in an Assistant Accountant (or similar) role Strong reconciliation and journal processing experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience in a multi-site environment Why Busy Bees?
