The role As a Mill Production Operator, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the mill. Your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring production equipment with a strong focus on safety and quality Conducting routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Assisting with basic troubleshooting and escalating issues when required Following established safety, quality and operational procedures Supporting stock handling and maintaining a clean and organised work environment Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets Hours and roster This role operates on a 24/5 roster, Monday to Friday, with rotating 8-hour day and night shifts – weekly rotation. Night shifts attract additional shift allowances, providing an opportunity to increase earnings. The roster is structured to provide consistency and predictability while sharing night shift work across the team. About you You don’t need to tick every box to apply.
