Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Despatch / Load Planner for our client in Smithfield. The important parts: Ongoing – Monday – Friday – Day shift Immediate start Great locations & facilities - $37 per hour What you will be required to do: Liaising with transport carriers and drivers Booking delivery and pick up time slots Planning, monitoring and tracking loads Managing truck movements throughout the day Processing despatch and transport documentation Ensuring schedules are met and issues are resolved quickly To be successful in the role you will: Previous experience in despatch, transport co-ordination or load planning Strong communication skills and ability to deal confidently with carriers Organised, calm under pressure and detail-oriented PC literate and confident using systems.
