Modern, well-equipped camp featuring ensuite rooms, sports courts, and fully equipped gyms to keep you comfortable and active while away from home A growing company that’s supports employee’s development THE ROLE Maintain and service processing plant infrastructure – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings, and reagent circuits. Assist with the installation, testing, maintenance and record keeping of mechanical equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto. Attend call outs as per call out roster. Ensure risk assessments and workplace inspections are conducted. Identify hazards and associated risks and implement effective control measures (Step-backs and JSEA). Undertake routine daily workplace, machinery/equipment inspections and pre-starts at areas of responsibility. Complete individual training and LMS procedures through INX (Safety Database). Participate in OHSE discussions at Pre-start and Safety meetings. Train and mentor apprentices. WHAT DO I NEED Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence Experience working within a gold or similar commodity processing plant Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences Experience in gold or mineral processing environment Experience in Flux core, Arc, Oxy, Mig, Air Arc Gouging & Lancing (232 & XLR8 wire) Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired) Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite.
