Your Opportunity Full-time - Castle Hill As a Resident Services Officer focused on reception and administration, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our village front desk. You’ll support residents, families, staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism, delivering high quality customer service and reliable administrative support. Every day will bring meaningful connections and the chance to enrich the lives of the seniors who call our village home. With confidence, empathy and attention to detail, you will: Front Desk & Customer Service Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, visitors, staff and contractors Manage reception duties including greeting guests, answering questions and offering general assistance Respond promptly and courteously to enquiries and direct queries to the appropriate teams Support residents navigating village services or accessing information Administration & Communication Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy Manage incoming and outgoing mail, post and deliveries Process invoicing, accounts payable tasks and basic financial administration Maintain accurate records and follow established office and reception processes Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support village operations Teamwork & Village Support Collaborate with the wider village team to ensure a positive, consistent resident experience Provide support to lifestyle, care and hospitality teams when Contribute to a respectful, safe and responsive workplace culture Follow all WHS protocols and participate in safety activities What You’ll Bring You’re warm, organised and approachable, with a genuine desire to support older people and create a welcoming environment. You will also have: Previous experience in reception, customer service or administrative roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence using technology (MS Office, email, digital systems) Sound organisational skills and an ability to multitask effectively A friendly, adaptable approach and a commitment to teamwork A valid driver’s licence Experience in aged care, hospitality or community services is desirable but not essential.
