About the Role We are seeking Casual Production Workers to join our Moorooka manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work who enjoy hands-on, physical tasks and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be part of a down-to-earth, tight-knit team contributing to the production of high-quality food products aligned with our purpose and values. Key Responsibilities Packing finished product Completing quality checks and inspections Accurate data entry and completion of production paperwork Safely operating manufacturing equipment Ensuring production lines run smoothly Material handling and maintaining good housekeeping standards Basic troubleshooting of equipment Other general production duties as required Skills and Experience Essential: Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks Commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety Ability to work well in a team and independently when required Desirable: Experience in food manufacturing or production environments (not essential) Shifts Casual roles require flexibility across day and/or afternoon shifts, some availability for night shifts. Specific shift patterns will be discussed during the recruitment process. Day Shift - 6:00AM - 2:30PMAfternoon Shift - 2:30PM - 10:30PMNight Shift: 10:30PM - 6:00AM What do we offer?
