CrewSELECT is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Trades Assistant to join a busy workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong workshop experience looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours. About the Role Working within a fast-paced workshop environment, you will be assisting tradesmen with general workshop duties including grinding, cutting, drilling, and use of hand and power tools. Key Responsibilities Grinding, cutting, and drilling of materials Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assisting tradesmen with day-to-day workshop duties General workshop housekeeping and maintaining safe work areas Moving materials and assisting with workshop operations Following all workplace safety procedures and standards Skills & Experience 2–3 years’ experience within a workshop environment Experience using grinders, drills, cutting equipment, and hand tools Strong understanding of workshop safety procedures Forklift ticket required Overhead crane experience/ticket highly regarded but not essential Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a team What’s on Offer $40 per hour penalties 6:00AM – 3:00PM daily Stable ongoing work opportunity Supportive workshop team environment Immediate start available What do you need to do now?
