What you’ll do Champion compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and industry best practice Lead inspections, audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are closed out Strengthen and maintain HSE management systems, plans, and procedures Coach and support employees, leaders, and contractors in hazard and incident reporting Assist with incident and near‑miss investigations and embed lessons learned Deliver engaging HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training Build a proactive safety culture through strong communication and on‑site presence Support emergency response planning, injury management, and return‑to‑work processes What you’ll bring HSE certified professional – Cert 4 WHS as a minimum Strong HSE experience in a similar role previous FIFO experience Incident investigation certification (ICAM, TapRooT, Five Why’s or similar) Solid understanding of HSE legislation, environmental management, and HSE systems Confidence using digital HSE platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and document‑writing skills To be considered for this role, you must have permanent full working rights in Australia.
