In this role, you will provide day-to-day compliance oversight , advice , and monitoring, with a focus on SIS Act compliance and evolving regulatory requirements. Duration: 6 months Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available). Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day compliance reviews, assessments, feedback and sign-off as required for the Fund Services teams. Review communications and other material to ensure compliance with the SIS Act and other relevant legislation. Provide technical support, including interpretation of complex regulatory issues, on a range of matters across Fund Services focusing on superannuation and relevant financial services law. Assist in identifying, managing and working with stakeholders to understand the impact on Fund Services of key changes to relevant regulations, including tracking the development of legislative changes as they progress through the Parliament and monitoring associated regulations and guidance. Essential Experience & Skills: Proven experience in incident and remediation analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain. Deep understanding of superannuation industry processes , especially insurance within super funds. Solid working knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
