Our client is a leading education and coaching organisation supporting Year 9–12 students through structured systems designed to build confidence, motivation and academic resilience. They're now seeking a Client Experience & Enrolments Manager to lead the parent-facing experience and guide families through their journey from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. This is a key role reporting directly to the COO and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with parents, builds trust quickly, and wants meaningful, flexible work with impact. The role You'll be the first point of contact for parents across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional and aligned with the organisation's values. You'll manage the end-to-end enrolment experience clearly communicating the benefits of the program, understanding each family's needs, and helping parents find the right solution. You'll maintain a clear and accurate enrolment pipeline, ensure thoughtful follow-ups, and oversee a seamless onboarding experience. You'll also build long-term relationships with existing families, proactively checking in, resolving concerns with empathy, and creating genuine "WOW" moments that strengthen trust and loyalty over time. In addition, you'll lead the head office admin team to deliver a consistently high-quality, parent-first experience and take ownership of HubSpot pipelines, workflows, templates and reporting continually refining systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
