We are seeking a hands-on Event Technical Assistant for a one-week contract in Melbourne. This role requires a reliable individual to handle the end-to-end technical setup, including unboxing and configuring computers, managing cable runs, and setting up basic AV hardware like monitor hardwares. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is powered, connected to the network, and functioning perfectly. During the event, you will provide on-site support to troubleshoot hardware glitches, connectivity issues, or basic electronic failures. We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of computer hardware and general electronics who can work efficiently under pressure. Physical stamina is a must, as you will be on your feet and handling equipment throughout the week. If you are a proactive problem-solver based in Melbourne.
