The TSRA Governance and Leadership Program is seeking a suitably experienced, highly motivated employee to fill this Ongoing Opportunity. The Executive Officer to the Chairperson sits within the TSRA Governance and Leadership Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective coordination of the Chairperson's engagements, communications, and strategic relationships, both internally and externally. The position requires a proactive, highly organised individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The key duties of the position include The Executive Officer provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Chairperson of the TSRA. • Act as the central point of contact and liaison for the TSRA Chairperson. Establish and maintain productive relationships across TSRA Board and Administration, and with external stakeholders. • Demonstrate and uphold high standards of transparency, accountability, and trust through sound judgment, integrity, sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion. • Collaborate and work closely with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer to ensure alignment to respective schedules, engagements and timely considerations to requests and enquiries. • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairperson, including managing communications, scheduling, records, logistics, and overseeing key processes such as travel, procurement, and records management. • Accompany the Chairperson to high-level meetings and engagements, regionally and nationally, as required. • Other additional duties and responsibilities, as directed, to support the Chairperson and TSRA operations.
