The Role: As the Liquor Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Drive Thru store. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals. What you will do: Lead and mentor a team of retail attendants, fostering a positive work environment. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations. Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. What you'll bring to the role: Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment. Proven experience in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
