6‑Month Contract Extension | Operational & Digital Transformation | Brisbane (Predominantly In‑Office) A large not‑for‑profit organisation is delivering a major Services Transformation program across its aged and community services. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operational, process and technology improvements that will significantly uplift service delivery, workforce scheduling and care‑management workflows. The Opportunity You’ll lead projects focused on simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and enabling teams through better tools, data and technology. This includes redesigning workflows, introducing new operational practices, and ensuring teams are supported through significant change. A key component of this role is delivering technology‑enabled transformation — with experience in AlayaCare or similar human‑services delivery platforms considered a strong priority . You’ll help ensure systems are embedded effectively, data is used to guide decision‑making, and performance improvements are measurable and sustainable. Given the pace and criticality of the program, this role is predominantly in‑office .
