In this newly created role, your primary responsibility will be the focus on new business and growth across an Australia and New Zealand footprint, and own the new business strategy. More specifically, you will play a key part in defining target markets, creating sales and marketing plans and personally leading the sourcing, securing and onboarding of new clients and expansion of existing clients. To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience gained within the Asset or facilities management sector, either working internally for an asset owner or through a service provider and have either demonstrated experience in winning new business or experience gained in the maintenance or asset lifecycle planning with a desire to branch into business development and account management. Ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written and be able to confidently communicate with various levels of stakeholders.
