At BGIS you will be joining a high performing HSEQ Team supporting our business across Australia and New Zealand. The HSEQ Team delivers compliance, assurance, programs and initiatives across APAC. The HSEQ Audit and Reporting Lead is a critical role in the team connecting our HSEQ performance with programs that drive improvement and change. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate, timely HSEQ performance reports for senior management and the Board, analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks and insights. - Lead comprehensive internal and external HSEQ audits, managing all stages from planning through to follow-up, including development of innovative audit tools and methods. - Provide assurance that the BGIS Integrated HSEQ Management System remains certified to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. - Produce clear, executive-level audit reports with actionable recommendations, and monitor the implementation and close-out of corrective actions. - Analyse audit findings and performance data to identify systemic issues and opportunities for continual improvement, collaborating with teams to embed best practice. - Maintain and continually improve the Integrated HSEQ Management System and associated documentation to ensure compliance and usability. - Conduct Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing and support organisational HSEQ culture initiatives as required. - Stay abreast of evolving HSEQ legislation, standards and industry trends to support compliance and continuous improvement. Key Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and supportive auditing approach. - Exceptional written communication skills, with experience producing reports for senior executive and Board-level audiences. - Proven experience leading management system audits. - Lead Auditor qualification with solid auditing experience. - Working experience with ISO 45001 (ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 desirable). - Diploma in WHS or higher qualification. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation. - Strong Excel skills and experience developing performance reports using qualitative and quantitative data.
