With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Clinical Nurse Educator Oncology Haemotology to join the Nursing Midwifery Education team.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: This role requires the provision of program support, delivery and assessment of all level of learners inclusive of undergraduate, graduate, STEP, Postgraduate students, and staff training compliance and support within the haem/onocolgy specialty. This includes some roster management of a Clinical Support Nurse team. The successful candidate will be required to work across all campuses of NH but based predominatly in the Oncology Haemotology areas and specialties.  This role is responsible for the delivery of all Nursing training programs and complaince in the Haem /Oncology specialty of NH Medical Division.  This position is fixed term part time (64 hours a fortnight) until February 2026 - covering maternity leave  To be successful in this role you will have: 5 years experience and good working knowledge of the haemotology and oncology care and nursing specialty. Advanced skills in: Stem Cell Transplant Care /ADAC trainer/Apheresis experience and skill Proven ability to operate at an advanced level of education support and delivery of programs for all level of learners Demonstrated highly effective communication and leadership skills. Well-developed understanding of operational risk related to oncology and haemotology care Postgraduate qualification Graduate Diploma or above level in relevant specialty (Oncology/haemotology care/education)   Next Steps . . .
