About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and oversee HVAC and refrigeration works across multiple sites throughout the Top End. This role is suited to an experienced HVAC professional ready to step fully into a Supervisor role, taking ownership of job delivery, compliance, team leadership, and client engagement. You will work across residential housing, schools, hospitals, prisons, shopping centres, and community facilities, with FIFO and live-in options available. You will be responsible for Supervise HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation works across multiple sites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery Lead and support tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors, allocating work and driving performance Diagnose complex HVAC faults and provide technical guidance to site teams Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, WHS requirements, and manufacturer specifications Liaise with clients and facility managers, attending site meetings and managing technical queries and variations Scope works, quoting, and plan schedules, materials, plant, and equipment to meet project timelines Key Requirements for Success Current and valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Restricted Electrical Licence WA Valid Australian Driver’s Licence National Police Clearance within 1 year or willing to obtain Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen Full, unrestricted Australian working rights About Our Client Candii is proud to be partnering with a locally owned leader in the Maintenance and trade sector, supporting local & mining operations across WA.
