A well-established allied health clinic in Dandenong is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join a supportive and growing team. This opportunity would suit a confident clinician who enjoys building long-term client relationships and is either already in a leadership role or keen to grow into one. The Opportunity You will manage a predominantly private practice caseload , working closely with clients across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury management, and ongoing care. The role offers a balance of clinical autonomy and team collaboration, with the opportunity to contribute to clinic growth and step into a Team Leader role, mentoring others over time. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and tailored treatment planning Hands-on musculoskeletal treatment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription Managing private patients as well as WorkCover, Medicare, and TAC cases Supporting long-term client outcomes with a strong focus on retention Utilising clinic-based rehabilitation equipment and machines during sessions Maintaining clear and timely clinical documentation Contributing to a positive team culture and, over time, leadership initiatives About You This role is best suited to a physiotherapist who is confident, personable, and invested in client care.
