Project Manager TESS Search Partners is working with CME to recruit a Project Manager, Electrical, to oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of electrical and lighting infrastructure projects across sports venues, stadia environments, sustainable energy and major works programs. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client and business expectations. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will manage project planning, scheduling, contractor coordination and commercial performance across multiple active sites. Working closely with site supervisors and field teams, you will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, monitor progress against milestones and ensure resources are aligned to meet contractual commitments. Safety leadership is central to this position, with accountability for embedding CME’s policies and Work Safe, Home Safe, Live Safe culture throughout delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong project management capability within the electrical sector or a comparable technical environment, supported by sound financial judgement and experience managing projects through the full lifecycle. You will be confident balancing competing priorities, leading delivery teams and maintaining high standards of customer service. Trade qualifications, engineering credentials, estimation experience and formal leadership training will be advantageous.
