Due to increased project activity, we are seeking personnel to join our Commercial team in Contracts Administrator, Senior Contracts Administrator, or Contracts Manager roles on a full‑time, permanent basis. The Commercial team is responsible for the procurement of labour and subcontractor services, as well as overseeing financial performance across projects, including cash flow, profit optimisation, variations, reporting, and broader commercial administration. Working on‑site, you will play a key role in supporting these activities by managing contract documentation, contributing to financial tracking, and ensuring accurate and timely commercial data. As a key member of the team, you will bring strong attention to detail, accuracy across financial documentation, and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Key skillset required: Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proven experience on large‑scale commercial construction projects. Strong quantity surveying/estimating capability and sound understanding of contract conditions and associated legal requirements. Demonstrated experience with tender processes, procurement, and letting trade packages. Solid financial acumen and thorough understanding of construction costs.
