What is the role? We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator who will have a direct focus on local area marketing. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Operations teams to champion new store openings and drive foot traffic across our more than 80 venues across Australia. Key responsibilities include: Create and implement local marketing strategies tailored to the local area Partner with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to create and continually evolve new store openings, renovations and repositions of existing venues Drive ‘Like Store Growth’ across the portfolio and deliver initiatives and growth opportunities to support this Partner with external partners and key stakeholders to develop and maintain annual Marketing plans for flagship locations Deliver remarkable events including store openings and product launches to atract the local community. Oversee budgets for local marketing activities, ensuring efficient spending and maximising return on investment. Monitor and reporting on performance by tracking key metrics, analysing campaign performance and providing regular reports Who are you? 2-3 years’ in Marketing in a B2C environment Demonstrated experience with new store openings and opening events A creative and innovative flair, with the ability to think outside the box Strong experience in stakeholder management including shopping centres, internal and external stakeholders Excellent copy-writing skills and meticulous attention to detail Good understanding of data analysis and identifying trends and insights Why you’ll love us!
