The Position This newly created 360 Recruitment Consultant position is all about identifying and driving new business and placing the right person in the right job. It’s an opportunity for someone who thrives in building relationships, spotting opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that make an impact to candidates and businesses. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Recruiter, we’re looking for a driven 360 Recruiter to join our team based in Burleigh. If you’ve been in the industry, you’ll know there’s a lot more involved in recruitment, here are some of the key responsibilities: Build and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle Account manage existing clients as well as bring in new clients and leverage existing relationships Identify, target, and acquire new clients (cold, warm and hot leads) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, networks, and stakeholders. Work closely with marketing to ensure brand alignment and recruitment campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with our HR and Recruitment team to scope additional solutions for existing recruitment clients. Use Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to manage recruitment campaigns and new business opportunities Requirements About You To be successful in this role, you will be: You are driven to succeed, results orientated and self-motivated to drive your career forward Exceptional across all forms written, verbal, email and presentations. Able to influence, sell and create a strong positive first impression in an authentic, consultative way. Confident and approachable, able to engage naturally at networking events and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including Boards, C-Suite and senior leadership. Proven history of recruitment success, focused on genuine problem-solving and delivering value, never pushy or transactional. Self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset. Works well within a team environment, supporting others while bringing a professional and engaging presence.
