The Company Robert Half is currently exclusively recruiting for a qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic and experienced Melbourne based team to take ownership of the financial reporting of one of their main business units. The Role Working a mix from home and their office based in the CBD you will play an integral part in the delivery of this organisation's budgets, financial analysis, variance analysis and detailed month-end reporting. Working within an impressive and experienced finance team your duties will include: Detailed month-end analysis and reporting Working closely with all stakeholders, both finance & non-finance Complex budgeting (3-way) Regular updated forecasting Detailed variance analysis Cost analysis Accounting for overheads HFM SAP Power BI Your Profile To be successful in this role you will be fully qualified (CA/CPA/CIMA) and have had previous experience within a large company, high volume transactional environment. An ability to take ownership of the role while supporting those around you is also a pre-requisite for this position. You will have strong system skills with a proven background on a large ERP system - SAP preferred. Previous experience with HFM and Power BI will also be an advantage. An ability to handle very large data sets requiring an advanced level of Excel will also be essential. If you are available to commence immediately and can commit to commencing immediately this position should prove both challenging and rewarding. There is also the potential for this role to convert to permanent.
