We are currently seeking an Outbound Verifications Officer to join our team based in Southport, QLD . About the Role This is a call-based, outbound-only position focused on verifying customer details from submissions provided by our sales teams across Australia and New Zealand . You’ll play an important role in the overall sales process and be part of a team that relies on each other to deliver quality outcomes. Part-time role – 30 hours per week Standard hours: 9:30am – 4:00pm Pay rate from $28 per hour Office-based in Southport, QLD Work from home days available once training is completed and you’re established in the role Car parking available in Carey Carpark if required Availability requirement: The successful applicant must be available to work 11:00am – 7:00pm from 7 April to 8 May , to cover a period of annual leave within the team. Key Responsibilities Making outbound verification calls to customers Accurately confirming customer information Reviewing and verifying sales submissions Recording call outcomes and maintaining data accuracy Working collaboratively with internal teams About You This role is suited to entry-level candidates , with full training provided .
