The Role: A newly created position, this role will see you working across 3 sites (CBD Fringe, Inner West and lower North Shore) and responsible for: Leveraging current landlord and Sales Exec relationships Generate new management leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activity Convert appraisals into signed managements with confident, value-driven presentations Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and investors to drive long-term growth Maintain a consistent pipeline through strategic follow-up and CRM tracking Proactive outreach to new purchasers Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead and identify new opportunities Specific requirements: To secure this role, you will be a real go-getter who loves building relationships and securing new business. You will also have: Proven success in a similar ‘listing’ role in Real Estate Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team A current Real Estate Certificate or License A car & drivers licence Benefits: Incredible opportunity with new business and contacts on your plate!
