About the Role We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair team in Springwood area. This is a pivotal, front-line role where you’ll build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams while keeping our workshop running like a well-oiled engine. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating service and repair bookings, managing job flow, and ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to invoice close-out. Your Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Schedule servicing and repair bookings and create job numbers and job cards Allocate work and communicate effectively with workshop mechanics Act as the direct point of contact for equipment drop-off and collection Liaise with customers on service updates, repairs, approvals, and additional requirements Support parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery Coordinate third-party attendances (COI, OEM diagnostics, etc.) Assist with quotations and service reports Collate workshop and parts information to complete and close invoices Communicate with clients for repair approvals and invoice closures Work closely with Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams Provide flexibility to assist across the facility when required What You’ll Bring Demonstrated mechanical experience in a customer service environment Strong knowledge of trucks and heavy equipment, parts, systems, and applications Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organisational skills with attention to detail What We Offer Permanent full-time role – Monday to Friday Competitive salary Weekly pay Supportive, friendly team environment Birthday and work anniversary recognition Eligibility Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
